Hoje comemoramos o Dia Internacional em Memória às Vítimas do Holocausto e compartilho com vocês um fato que aconteceu neste mês de janeiro e que demonstra a importância de você manter uma comunicação direta e personalizada com o seu cliente.
Em dezembro de 2020 finalizei a leitura do livro ‘Os bebês de Auschwitz’, de Wendy Holden. Fiquei tão fascinada pelo livro que procurei pela autora no Facebook e mandei uma mensagem elogiando a obra e ressaltando o quanto havia me tocado.
Dois dias depois, recebo a resposta da Wendy – a qual reproduzo abaixo – pois ela dá uma nova sugestão de leitura que pode interessar a mais pessoas também.
OBS: Por que falei sobre a importância da comunicação direta e personalizada com seu cliente? Já comprei o livro que ela indicou, encomendei mais dois de autoria dela, estou seguindo seu perfil no Instagram e compartilhando com vocês. Isso é muito mais poderoso do que qualquer tipo de publicidade!

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful message. The ‘babies’ and I have been deeply moved by the warm responses of readers around the world and I shall now show them yours too. Published in 22 countries and translated into sixteen languages, the book known in English as Born Survivors gives us a chance to live this horror through the eyes of these three incredible women with whom we can immediately identify.
Since it was published (and before Covid) I have been travelling the world to speak to people about it, sometimes with one or all of the ‘babies,’ and in the UK and some US schools it has already been adopted into the curriculum. If you have the time or the inclination please be kind enough to recommend the book to your friends, bookclub and local bookstore.
